Metallica Announces Track List for Their Upcoming Guitar Hero Game
Friday, Metallica posted a full track listing for the highly anticipated Metallica edition of Guitar Hero set to hit shelves on March 29th. I’m a bit disappointed that “To Live is to Die,” one of their most difficult guitar-driven tracks, isn’t included in the listing. That aside, Metallica fans will definitely find a lot to love.

Diablo 3 Hype High; May Live Up to It

Diablo 3 is not set to hit shelves for another eight months, but the screen shots hitting the web now are fueling a flurry among fans that have been eagerly awaiting a new Diablo release since the 2001 release of Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction. Screen shots confirm that the series will continue to utilize the classic top-down view and over-the-top magical effects. Though beautiful, the screen shots reveal a conservative take on texture. This could be the effect of the screen shots, but works to the benefit of players with less-than awesome machines.

Dragon Quest V: Hands-On Reviews
Dragon Quest V is finally being released in North America through the DS. It could be argued that the series is responsible for many of the aspects of even the most modern adventure games that have been released over the past twenty years. For North Americans, waiting for 17 years is a long time to get our hands on a story that has been receiving circulation overseas. Surely there was some demand here, especially with the popularity of retro games exploding in the last five years. Still, reviews show that Dragon Quest V comes off as timeless and the updated graphics and elements makes it a new game all over again.
